They can lead effectively and sustain their leadership.

THE ITINERARY
We front-load this package with 2 x 90 mins foundational ‘mapping calls’.
One focuses on you, the other on your work.
We aim to book these in close together and as soon as we take off.
These calls aren’t necessarily drilling deep but they’re bringing me up to speed with you. Where you’ve been is part of your landscape. It’s the context for where you’re going. In practise this means, I’ll ask you a lot of questions, listen carefully and mix up a custom flower essence blend, usually to help clear out any aspects of the past that are potentially slowing your roll.
After that the rhythm is 45 minute calls, every other week.
There are talking calls and working calls - you tell me what would be more useful.
Talking calls: we talk. Usually we’re covering emotional territory but nothing is off the table.
Working calls: we either address a task or look in detail at one piece of a project you’re working on.
Telegram support is provided between calls.
Bespoke blends are woven through, they’ll be sent to you as often as is required.

3k is the fee - you can pay in full or make a payment of 1k each month. You do not owe more than this.
