TAKE THE DOSAGE AS PER THE LABEL ON THE BOTTLE. i.e. ‘8 drops twice a day’ 

Put the bottle somewhere you will see it, next to your toothbrush, supplements, kettle. 

Set your intention. Be aware of yourself - both where you are and where you’re going.

Ingest the drops either directly under the tongue or in a glass of water. 

Slow and steady is the vibe - and consistency is key.

Don’t sh*t on yourself and don’t poo-poo the process.

If you miss a dose, just get back to the program as soon as you can. 

You cannot just take loads at once. It’s not ayahuasca.
