I believe it should really be ‘honour the process’.
Creative work isn’t just the opportunity to write, compose, or produce something.

I facilitate this by recognising your emotions as valid and working with them as signals.
When we validate your feelings without letting them dominate, they become feedback.
Because emotions are not always logical or even obvious, the process is grounded in a coaching conversation.
This is a structured space where you can be heard without judgement and I can listen carefully.
There are usually a couple of key questions, suggestions, images or ideas that surface in our call that are relevant to your project and will create immediate momentum.
Then, based on our conversation, I mix up a personal flower essence blend for you.
Essences are a liquid you take, a few drops, twice a day.
They are distinct and powerful tool, ideal for counterbalancing an emotional landscape and custom mixed for you and your specific circumstances.
Your blend will last 4 - 6 weeks. The change might be very subtle at first. The essences are Yin energy, so think, the opposite of an ayahuasca dose - but the impact is often just as profound.

I’ve worked in Film across multiple departments for 15 years. I’ve made my own work on micro budgets and crewed on a £200mill feature. I’ve produced Visual Art, taught various aspects of filmmaking at university level and worked extensively in commercial casting.

They are safe to take alongside medication.

No. In my experience it is more potent to remove the screen and focus on the voice. It facilitates a different kind of listening.

Yes. The foundations of this call are transferrable. All performance issues and experiences of stress have an emotional root cause: and by identifying those feelings and supporting them with flower essences, you shift the experience.
